Senior Field Marketing Manager – Benelux & Nordics

About the role

Appian is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead demand‑generation initiatives across the Benelux and Nordics region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing, EMEA, you will design and execute scalable go‑to‑market programs, partner with sales and cross‑functional teams, and own regional budget and ROI accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation programs tailored to key industries and priority accounts in the Benelux & Nordics region.
• Create and implement account‑specific marketing plans in partnership with account teams.
• Lead multi‑channel campaign execution, including events, content, email and growth account marketing.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing and sales initiatives, optimise lead management and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Use data‑driven insights to track performance, measure ROI and continuously optimise programs.
• Identify and prioritise buying personas and target accounts, tailoring messaging and content.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Digital, PR & Communications and Customer Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software or technology.
• Proven track record of demand‑generation strategies that drive pipeline and revenue, especially in Financial Services.
• Experience with Account‑Based Marketing.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic thinker able to translate market insights into actionable plans.
