Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

dnata is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support its Passenger Services operation at Schiphol Airport. You will work closely with senior operational leaders to design and execute people strategies that enable growth, operational excellence and organisational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior Passenger Services leaders to translate business objectives into practical people strategies.
• Provide strategic advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead HR programmes and change initiatives related to tenders, expansion and transformation.
• Use workforce analytics to identify improvement opportunities and ensure readiness for operational growth.
• Develop leadership capability through coaching, succession planning and talent development.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and promote dnata’s Vision, Mission, Values and The dnata Way.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with deep HR expertise in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, organisational design and talent management.
• Ability to lead transformation programmes and support major business initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of employment law, employee relations and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
