Transaction & Execution Legal Intern

About the role

Join Triple Jump’s Transaction & Execution team as a Legal Intern and support impact‑driven investment transactions across private equity, funds, and debt. This 32‑40 hour per week internship in Amsterdam offers hands‑on exposure to international transactional legal work within a purpose‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Transaction & Execution team with legal documentation for impact investments.
• Conduct due‑diligence research and prepare summaries for investment committees.
• Support the drafting, review, and management of contracts, term sheets, and related legal paperwork.
• Coordinate with investment, finance, and impact‑measurement teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and impact‑related requirements.
• Maintain organized transaction files and track key deadlines.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a law degree program (Bachelor or Master) with interest in finance and impact investing.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Motivation to work in a multicultural, mission‑driven environment.

Required skills
