Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

Fastned is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to join its Management Board and drive commercial performance across Europe. The role will shape the network’s market positioning, pricing, brand development, fleet and business propositions, and the policy environment needed for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy that delivers €1 million revenue per station by 2030.
• Lead four commercial domains – Network Development, Growth, Marketing & Communications, and Public Affairs – ensuring cross‑functional alignment.
• Set pricing, location, and partnership strategies for both B2B and B2C customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with fleet operators, business clients, and policy makers across multiple European markets.
• Develop a high‑performing commercial organisation of over 100 staff, fostering a culture of results and innovation.

Required profile

• Executive experience scaling commercial organisations in listed scale‑ups or high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record of creating winning propositions, closing major deals, and establishing sustainable commercial structures.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to inspire, challenge, and develop senior teams.
• Open to candidates from diverse industries; commercial leadership is the core competency.
