Chief of Staff

About the role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who will help us accelerate our growth by tackling whatever limiting factor we face. You will become a direct extension of the CEO and will work very closely with him.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on the most critical matters.
• Shape strategy for new product launches, handle operations, and coordinate PR outreach.
• Scale recruitment processes, co‑own executive recruiting, organize events, strengthen employer brand, and join candidate interviews.
• Implement AI agents in company operations.
• Write external and internal communications that simplify complex ideas.
• Investigate new market opportunities and define “Plumerai for X” concepts.
• Support investor relations and fundraising: prepare board packs, data rooms, and investor materials.
• Research legal or regulatory questions affecting the business.
• Stay close to the product roadmap, ensuring decisions align with business strategy.

Required profile

• High energy, proactive, and willing to do any job needed without waiting for permission.
• Clear prioritisation skills and ability to keep teams focused.
• Generalist comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure.
• Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology, including AI tools, and quick to learn new tools.
• Fluent English speaker.
• 5‑8 years of experience in a high‑performance environment such as consulting, investment banking, VC, or a fast‑scaling startup.
