Country Manager – Netherlands

About the role

Emirates is seeking a senior Country Manager to lead its operations in the Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, you will be the primary representative of the airline, responsible for driving commercial performance, profitability and strategic growth in the Dutch market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country strategy in line with Emirates’ global priorities, revenue targets and budgets.
• Oversee all commercial activities including sales, marketing, pricing, distribution and channel development.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as airlines, hotels, trade partners, government bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure full compliance with local aviation legislation and other relevant regulations.
• Lead and motivate local teams, providing direction and aligning objectives with corporate goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent Emirates in corporate and public forums, safeguarding the brand’s reputation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in commercial or aviation environments.
• Strong understanding of Dutch aviation regulations and business practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
