Enterprise Account Executive – Nordics

About the role

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead its expansion into the Nordics. You will own the full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts, building relationships from developer teams up to C‑level executives and closing multi‑year, high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
• Develop multi‑threaded account plans and nurture relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and other stakeholders.
• Lead complex negotiations, handling procurement, legal and security reviews to secure seven‑figure agreements.
• Coordinate Sales Engineers, product specialists and leadership to deliver tailored value propositions.
• Articulate ROI and build business cases that address technical and financial drivers.
• Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and maintain accurate forecasts using the CRM.

Required profile

• 3+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of exceeding €1M+ quotas.
• Experience selling new logos and expanding existing accounts in a high‑growth environment.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish).
• Strong business acumen, resilience and the ability to manage long sales cycles (6‑12 months).
