Sales Enablement Specialist – EMEA

About the role

Dash0 is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist for its EMEA go‑to‑market team. In this role you will design and run enablement programs that give Enterprise Account Executives, Commercial AEs and SDRs the knowledge, tools and content they need to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver enablement programs, playbooks and training for the EMEA sales organisation.
• Partner with sales leadership to onboard new hires and accelerate their ramp‑up.
• Create sales collateral, competitive battlecards and ROI‑focused messaging for technical buyers.
• Maintain a structured, easily accessible library of enablement content and keep it up‑to‑date.
• Work with Product Marketing and Engineering to turn product updates into sales‑ready narratives.
• Continuously refine enablement strategies to align with evolving sales processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related B2B SaaS go‑to‑market role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies and enterprise buying cycles.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability to simplify complex technology.
• Proven track record of building content and programmes that boost sales productivity.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
