Sales Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to join OrderYOYO in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for elevating the performance of our field Business Development Managers through engaging training, coaching, and on‑site support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programmes for field BDMs.
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching and mentoring to help individuals exceed targets.
• Spend four days a week alongside Sales Managers in the field, observing customer interactions and giving real‑time feedback.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop region‑specific sales strategies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and track progress.
• Work with the L&D Manager to create and update training materials and tools.

Required profile

• Motivated, goal‑oriented individual with a proactive attitude.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (minimum B2 level).
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in sales training or coaching.
