Service Enablement Team Internship

About the role

Join Philips’ Service Enablement Team as an intern and support two key service transformation programmes. You will work closely with project managers and global colleagues, gaining hands‑on experience in planning, executing and improving large‑scale international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with programme preparation, documentation and operational coordination.
• Support day‑to‑day activities of the transformation workstreams.
• Conduct data analysis and turn findings into clear reports and actionable insights.
• Work with the tools, processes and governance used to run large international programmes.
• Participate in meetings with global operations, functional teams and business units.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Engineering, Change Management, Mathematics, Physics or another quantitative/analytical discipline.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a complex corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for reporting and decision‑making.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple activities.

What we offer

• Monthly gross allowance of €500‑€700 (full‑time) or pro‑rated for part‑time.
• Housing compensation of €300 net (near Amsterdam) or €255 net (other locations) when relocation is required.
