Account Manager – Publishing Team

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join the GameDistribution publishing team at Azerion’s headquarters in the Schiphol‑Rijk area. You will be the main point of contact for our publishing partners, helping them turn their sites into top‑tier gaming destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of publishers, driving revenue and user engagement through our gaming solutions.
• Identify, pitch to and sign new publishing partners, expanding the GameDistribution network.
• Advise partners on catalog curation, selecting genres and titles that match their audience.
• Monitor performance KPIs, deliver regular reports and propose growth plans.
• Own your pipeline, troubleshoot partner issues and collaborate with internal Content and AdTech teams.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a partner‑facing role within gaming, digital content, marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of data‑driven decision‑making and account growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
• Passion for gaming and interest in the HTML5 gaming landscape.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
