Account Project Manager – Retail Innovation

About the role

The Outform Group is seeking an Account Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end retail display projects across Europe. You will act as the primary liaison between brand clients, retail partners and internal cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project lifecycle from kickoff through production and in‑store implementation, managing timelines, resources and budgets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, production, operations) to meet project milestones.
• Apply deep knowledge of Outform’s manufacturing and operations processes to plan and execute projects efficiently.
• Implement and maintain robust project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Serve as the central point of contact for brand clients and retail partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes related to project requests, sales estimates and pricing strategies.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on process adherence and industry best practices.
• Foster strong client relationships, drive satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in the retail display or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong understanding of retailer guidelines, visual merchandising trends and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with brand and retail stakeholders.
