AI Solutions Architect

About the role

Cast AI is looking for a founding customer‑facing engineer to lead adoption of its flagship Kimchi product within the Customer Success organization. You will work at the intersection of inference optimization, autonomous coding agents, multi‑model routing and LLM governance, shaping growth strategy and new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on demos of Kimchi Coding, Studio and Teleport for customers.
• Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces, configure integrations (Slack, repos, docs) and define team conventions.
• Design and implement governance policies such as spending limits, cost attribution and model routing preferences.
• Assist teams in integrating Kimchi’s serverless inference API and optimize model selection for specific workloads.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements, highlighting failures and UX issues.

Required profile

• Deep hands‑on experience with large language models (deployment, fine‑tuning, evaluation, debugging).
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑moving, change‑prone environments.
• Commercial mindset with experience identifying and capturing revenue expansion opportunities.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex inference concepts to non‑ML engineers.
