Associate Director IT Business Partner (Netherlands)

About the role

As an Associate Director IT Business Partner for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in the Netherlands, you will bridge local management and global IT teams, driving technology initiatives that support strategic growth and enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and advise the Dutch Leadership Team on BPT services, capabilities and innovation.
• Represent the Netherlands within the global BPT community and communicate strategy in both directions.
• Partner with central BPT teams to define the local BPT roadmap and contribute to the annual business plan.
• Lead and be accountable for value delivery through BPT projects and services in the Netherlands.
• Oversee IT‑project implementations for the local market and collaborate with project managers.
• Facilitate workshops on AI, digital breakthroughs and cyber‑security awareness.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management or a comparable field.
• More than 5 years of experience, including IT project management and leadership.
• Fluent in English and Dutch with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute a BPT roadmap and drive technology‑related change.
