Associate Audit – Assurance Academy (all offices)

About the role

Kickstart your accountancy career with PwC’s Assurance Academy. You will split your week between performing statutory audits and studying for your RA qualification, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Perform interim and year‑end financial statement audits for a variety of clients.
• Map and test key processes, internal controls and IT systems.
• Analyse financial data and document findings in audit files.
• Collaborate with colleagues on‑site and in the office, using digital tools and AI to increase efficiency.
• Progress to more complex audit tasks and increased responsibility over the two‑year programme.

Required profile

• Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accountancy or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and willingness to start the RA qualification immediately.
• Fluent in Dutch or English, spoken and written.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to balance work with study.
• Driver’s licence B (preferred) and available from September or February.
