Brand Enablement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, process‑driven Senior Brand Enablement Manager to join our in‑house creative team, the Studio. In this role you will manage all resources that colleagues and external parties need to find and create on‑brand assets, own and maintain brand, design and copy guidelines, and oversee our collection of digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Brand Governance – Own all brand guidelines, rules and standards for Adyen’s creative output; enable guidelines through education, templatizing and tooling; continuously curate guidelines to adapt to local needs, media trends and emerging technology; act as the first point of contact for brand‑related inquiries.
• Digital Asset Management – Categorize and curate all creative assets; review and revise uploaded assets; respond to DAM‑tooling requests from colleagues; manage DAM user access for internal and external parties.
• Creative Infrastructure – Review and evolve the creative tech stack to scale solutions; govern the single sources of truth (guidelines & assets) from a tech‑enablement perspective; ensure agents and tools draw from the correct brand and creative sources.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Brand Operations or Design Operations, preferably within an international B2B or corporate environment.
• Systemic thinker who builds infrastructure that makes following guidelines the path of least resistance.
• Tech & AI savvy with strong familiarity with modern creative tools, digital asset management tools, and experience operationalising AI tools.
• Proven ability to navigate a matrix organisation, balancing execution metrics (Studio) with strategic alignment (Global Brand).
