Business Development Executive – Amsterdam

About the role

We are expanding our sales team in Amsterdam and are looking for a Business Development Executive with a passion for IT service sales. The role will focus on winning new contracts, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Represent IWConnect and its solutions to customers, managing complex sales cycles and presenting the full product portfolio.
• Negotiate and prepare sales agreements such as NDAs, MSAs and SOWs, and forecast sales activity and revenue in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise organisations, presenting to C‑level executives.
• Analyse sales data, prepare reports and communicate results with the team.
• Attend industry events, conferences and trade shows to network and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying experience in IT services and technology solution sales with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Experience selling managed services, software, data engineering solutions, CRM/ERP platforms, ETL tools and cloud technologies.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with C‑level executives.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑based compensation structure and willing to travel as required.
