Business Operations Coordinator - Dutch Speaking

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator who is fluent in Dutch and English to support its Netherlands and Belgium operations. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager (Europe), you will ensure finance administration, compliance and office support are aligned with the company’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance administration, including shared mailbox queries, contractor invoice approvals, payment processing and customer billing.
• Support the transition to NetSuite, handle credit control, debtor management and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting, EU directives and corporate finance policies.
• Oversee office administration for the Dutch office and virtual Belgian office, including vendor relationships, health & safety and record keeping.
• Liaise with international teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Payroll) to provide operational support across Europe.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a role with significant administrative and financial responsibilities, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to handle confidential financial data and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Practical experience working with enterprise‑level systems.
