Chef de Partie

About the role

Lotti's is the restaurant and bar of The Hoxton, Amsterdam, located on the Herengracht canal. It serves an internationally inspired brasserie-style menu with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and hosts local DJs on Fridays to Sundays. The Chef de Partie reports to the Head and Sous Chef and supervises their assigned kitchen station to deliver a high-quality product and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Run a section in the busy kitchen and bring delicious flavours to guests' tables
• Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team
• Keep orders and deliveries flowing smoothly and maintain high food hygiene standards
• Work with the Head Chef on ideas and techniques, including new combinations of tastes

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a fast-moving kitchen team
• Passion for hospitality and for food
• Team player who enjoys working hard, supporting colleagues and having fun
• Open to learning and development
