Community & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Yonder is expanding its financial membership platform to the Netherlands and needs a hands‑on Community & Partnerships Manager to bring the brand to life on the ground in Amsterdam. You will work directly with local restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and members to create valuable experiences and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute prospective‑member sessions, member events and partner gatherings, handling everything from guest selection to invitations, delivery and follow‑up.
• Identify, assess and prioritize local venues and brands that align with Yonder’s member value proposition.
• Build genuine relationships with venue owners and local brands, negotiating straightforward collaborations such as member benefits, activations and referral flows.
• Maintain the community calendar and partnership pipeline, coordinating outreach, logistics and post‑event activities without needing external follow‑up.
• Monitor event outcomes, gather feedback and iterate on formats to improve member engagement and partnership impact.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable building professional relationships in the language.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amsterdam, splitting time between the city‑centre office and partner locations.
• Self‑motivated individual contributor; no team management responsibilities.
• Ability to make straightforward commercial decisions and know when to involve senior market leadership.
