Customer Success Manager – Dutch Speaking

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager you will help Dutch‑speaking customers unlock measurable value from Trengo’s AI‑powered communication platform. You will own a portfolio, drive adoption, and turn strong usage into retention, growth and advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep knowledge of each account and establish a health baseline.
• Consistently achieve retention and expansion targets, becoming the product expert for your customers.
• Drive AI adoption at scale, guiding customers to activate AI agents, journeys and automation.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities such as extra seats, new use‑cases, channels and plan upgrades.
• Translate usage data and health signals into business reviews and actionable next steps.
• Partner with Onboarding, Solution Consultancy and Product teams to set customers up for success and influence the roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer success, account management or a customer‑facing SaaS role.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proven ability to own and hit targets.
• Genuine curiosity for AI and confidence discussing AI tools with customers.
• Data‑oriented approach: read health scores, usage and engagement signals to prioritize actions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
