Customer Success Manager – Mid-Market & Enterprise (Audit Background)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at DataSnipper you will leverage your audit or accounting background to guide customers through the entire journey—from onboarding to renewal and expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping audit and finance teams re‑imagine their workflows with AI‑powered tools embedded in Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to audit partners, finance directors, controllers and IT decision‑makers, providing guidance on business transformation enabled by DataSnipper.
• Drive adoption of AI‑powered capabilities, delivering measurable efficiency gains, cost savings and quality improvements.
• Conduct training sessions, business reviews and develop success plans to ensure full product adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales and solutions teams to share audit‑specific insights and influence product innovation.
• Identify expansion opportunities, support pilots and work with sales to demonstrate ROI and grow usage across additional teams.
• Oversee technical onboarding, AI configuration and workflow customisation while staying current on platform best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in external or internal audit or assurance (must‑have).
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or a related B2B SaaS client‑service role.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and drive business transformation.
• Strong ownership mindset, collaborative spirit and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language (German, French, Dutch or Spanish).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with AI‑enabled automation tools.
