Desktop Support Engineer – EUC (Netherlands)

About the role

We are a dynamic IT services provider delivering end‑user computing (EUC) and desktop support solutions to enterprise clients across finance, healthcare and the public sector in the Netherlands. As a Desktop Support Engineer you will ensure a seamless, secure and high‑availability IT experience for thousands of end users, both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows, macOS and ChromeOS devices across client locations.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems and enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune and Citrix environments.
• Resolve printer, network and peripheral issues on‑site and remotely, adhering to SLA‑driven response times.
• Document common issues, create knowledge‑base articles and escalate complex cases to Tier 3.
• Support BYOD and corporate device roll‑outs, including imaging, security hardening and MDM/endpoint compliance.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain compliance policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows 10/11, macOS and ChromeOS endpoints.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, Citrix Workspace and remote‑desktop tools.
• Ability to provide bilingual NL/EN support and work in a hybrid on‑site environment.
