Dutch-Speaking Technical Sales Engineer (Industrial Software)

About the role

A leading provider of CAD/CAM software for the manufacturing industry is looking for a Dutch-speaking Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales growth across the Netherlands. The position is remote in the Netherlands, with travel required up to 50% of the time, and offers up to €120,000 OTE per annum plus benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business development across the Netherlands through prospecting, lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification and technical demonstrations to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, partners and resellers, building strong relationships.
• Deliver tailored CAD/CAM solutions addressing manufacturing and CNC machining challenges.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast regularly and keep Salesforce CRM up to date.
• Develop territory sales strategies based on market opportunities, competitors and industry trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings, working with internal technical teams.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch is essential.
• Experience in a technical sales or sales engineer role is needed.
• Background in selling industrial or technical software is highly advantageous.
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM programming software is a plus.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
