Educational Content Producer

About the role

Creative Fabrica is looking for an Educational Content Producer to own the creation of tutorial‑style videos and other learning assets for its AI‑driven product suite. You will work closely with product, marketing and creative teams to turn new features into engaging, practical content that helps users get the most out of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Take content ideas from concept through scripting, recording, editing and publishing.
• Master Creative Fabrica’s AI tools, discover compelling workflows and translate them into clear tutorials.
• Write scripts with strong hooks and narratives that keep viewers engaged.
• Produce screen recordings, voice‑overs and on‑camera segments as needed.
• Collaborate with product marketing to support every product and feature launch.
• Design multi‑channel formats for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, email and landing pages.
• Develop repeatable production workflows with video editors and motion designers to scale output.
• Analyse performance data, test variations and iterate on successful formats.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience creating educational or product‑focused video content.
• Strong scripting and storytelling ability with excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on production skills: screen recording, voice‑over and basic on‑camera presentation.
• Proven track record of taking a concept through to published content without relying on pre‑written briefs.
• Data‑driven mindset: comfortable using analytics to guide content decisions.
• Curiosity about generative AI and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
