Electrical Technician – Industrial (Netherlands)

About the role

Head Professionals is recruiting a qualified Electrical Technician for a permanent position with a Dutch industrial employer. The role offers full visa sponsorship, a company car, covered flights and first‑month accommodation to support relocation to the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in motors, panels and control systems.
• Carry out electrical installations and equipment upgrades.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Support plant reliability initiatives and help reduce downtime.

Required profile

• Red Seal Electrician, Trade Test or equivalent electrical qualification.
• At least 2 years post‑trade experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Afrikaans; English or Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to the Netherlands.
