Electrical Technician – Industrial (Netherlands)

About the role
Head Professionals is recruiting a qualified Electrical Technician for a permanent position with a Dutch industrial employer. The role offers full visa sponsorship, a company car, covered flights and first‑month accommodation to support relocation to the Netherlands.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults in motors, panels and control systems.
- Carry out electrical installations and equipment upgrades.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Support plant reliability initiatives and help reduce downtime.
Required profile
- Red Seal Electrician, Trade Test or equivalent electrical qualification.
- At least 2 years post‑trade experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in Afrikaans; English or Dutch is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate permanently to the Netherlands.
