Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Flexport is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and manage strategic accounts in the logistics and supply‑chain space. You will work closely with prospects and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that simplify global trade.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, close, and onboard net‑new enterprise customers while meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Prospect independently and collaborate with the SDR team to reach ideal clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their supply‑chain challenges and design value‑add solutions.
• Lead onboarding by coordinating internal resources and monitor account health through regular client meetings.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and manage the opportunity pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning the full sales cycle with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
• Strong ability to run discovery and demo meetings and follow a structured sales process.
• Enthusiasm for cold‑calling, uncovering client needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fast learner, strong work ethic, and ambition to become a top‑5% sales executive in the region.
• Interest or background in logistics, freight forwarding, or complex B2B services.
