Enterprise Account Manager – Benelux

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Enterprise Account Manager to join our Benelux & Nordics Account Management team. You will own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, drive satisfaction, and grow revenue and margin within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep relationships with key decision‑makers and act as the primary contact for Tier 1 customers.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell and cross‑sell Perk’s suite of products to meet quarterly targets.
• Provide regular business reviews, data‑driven reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations and roll‑outs.
• Prioritise workload to maximise impact across strategic accounts.

Required profile

• Native Dutch speaker with professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience managing top‑tier enterprise accounts.
• Excellent presentation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong prioritisation, time‑management and result‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights for customers.
• Empathetic, honest, team‑oriented and focused on delivering customer success.
