Field Enablement Manager – EMEA Enterprise

About the role

Datadog is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to drive ongoing ramp and ever‑boarding for Enterprise sellers across key EMEA markets. You will partner with sales leaders to adapt global programs to the region’s complex, multi‑country enterprise deals and ensure measurable impact on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions and training programs for Enterprise sellers across EMEA.
• Administer program certifications, evaluate submissions, and provide structured feedback.
• Conduct field listening through shadows, 1:1s, and syncs to identify gaps and shape programs.
• Lead reinforcement and coaching activities such as role‑plays and deal clinics to drive behavior change.
• Partner with Curriculum, Program Management and Operations to co‑build content and respond to emerging needs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, synthesize feedback and model effective AI use.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in sales or field enablement within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record supporting Enterprise sales teams, preferably across multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong understanding of Datadog’s core product pillars and ability to translate them into customer value.
• Excellent facilitation skills for senior audiences and familiarity with Enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger).
• Data‑driven mindset using performance metrics and field feedback to guide decisions.
• Fluent English; additional European language(s) a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~25% across EMEA.
