Financial Accountant

About the role

As a Financial Accountant at Creative Fabrica you will own day‑to‑day accounting operations and support month‑end close, while gaining exposure to international tax matters and finance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Process and code invoices, manage the finance mailbox and resolve AP issues.
• Run weekly and monthly payments (SEPA, PayPal) and reconcile corporate card transactions.
• Perform bank, credit‑card and sub‑ledger reconciliations and post journal entries, including revenue recognition.
• Prepare Dutch VAT returns (OB, OSS, ICP) and support international VAT/GST filings.
• Support external audits and drive NetSuite process improvements and automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of accounting experience with Dutch GAAP.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch/EU VAT regulations and WKR compliance.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive problem solving and strong communication in Dutch and English.
