Floor Manager – Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Floor Manager to lead its Amsterdam store. In this role you will act as the key link between products and customers, supporting stylists and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in achieving KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Generate reports on performance and update senior management.
• Oversee store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver personalized 1‑to‑2‑person customer service, keeping the customer first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff through training, coaching and product knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and grow a retail team.
• Experience meeting and driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of day‑to‑day store operations.
