Global Senior Manager – Digital Shelf & e‑Commerce

About the role
As Senior Manager, Digital Shelf and e‑Commerce you will build and strengthen Philips’ global Digital Shelf capability, setting strategy, operating model, measurement standards, governance, tools and ways of working that enable Business Units and Regions to improve product discovery, content quality and conversion at scale. This strategic yet hands‑on leadership role requires deep Digital Shelf expertise and strong commercial acumen to translate insight into action across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the global Digital Shelf Excellence capability, defining vision, roadmap, operating model, governance and learning agenda.
- Translate the Digital Shelf strategy into a commercial narrative, quantifying revenue, traffic and conversion impact.
- Define and govern a global measurement framework with KPIs, scorecards, benchmarks and reporting for priority retailers and marketplaces.
- Partner with Business Units and Markets to turn performance data into actionable insights that improve execution.
- Own the global Digital Shelf strategy, tooling, governance and capability roadmap, enabling adoption and business outcomes.
- Use Digital Shelf data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize actions for e‑Retail and Key Account teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Data & Analytics or related field.
- 5‑10 years of experience in Digital Shelf, e‑Commerce, marketplace management or Commercial Excellence.
- Proven experience managing Digital Shelf performance for consumer brands across major retailers and marketplaces.
- Experience in a global or regional role within a large matrix organisation, understanding retailer ecosystems and consumer behaviour.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central and other retailer platforms; experience with PIM/PXM, DAM and syndication platforms is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Profitero, NielsenIQ, Stackline, DataWeave or Amazon Brand Analytics platforms.
- PIM/PXM, Digital Asset Management (DAM) and syndication tools.
- Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
