HR Manager - The Netherlands

About the role

JDE Peet's, a pure-play coffee company now part of Keurig Dr Pepper, is looking for an experienced HR manager to join its HR team in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The role partners with the NL business, which includes a B2B/Out of Home unit and a Retail unit, and reports to the HR Director Northern Europe with a dotted line to the sales director for NL OOH and Retail. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Co-create and implement the HR strategy for JDEP NL in line with the HR Northern Europe strategy, covering programs, processes, tools and models.
• Act as the sparring partner of the sales director NL, providing business partnering and coaching on team engagement, talent development, organisational design and resourcing.
• Help build a high-performing team culture and support a healthy, happy workforce through wellbeing initiatives and employee support.
• Lead the HR NL business partnering team (2 FTE) and improve capabilities and engagement within the direct team.
• Develop and run a communication and engagement programme, especially for field-based teams.
• Lead local and functional change projects, including liaison with the works council and unions.
• Take part in the HR Northern Europe community, sharing best practice and building on the Northern Europe way of working.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of solid HR experience, preferably including people management experience.
• Ideally from international FMCG, B2B or retail, in a matrix organisation, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Occasional business travel is required.
