Inclusion & Culture Generalist

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Inclusion & Culture Generalist to join the European Human Capital team. The role will develop and implement inclusion and culture initiatives across all European locations, supporting projects, programs, and impact tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Embed the People Experience Strategy 28 across the Europe region and collaborate with global and regional teams.
• Drive regional inclusion projects, ensure timely implementation, and escalate issues to Human Capital leaders.
• Provide and analyse data to support leadership discussions on inclusion, culture, and talent retention.
• Track activities of Colleague Resource Groups, connect markets with synergies, and promote employee wellbeing programmes.

Required profile

• Experience using MS PowerPoint to create high‑standard presentations.
• Ability to work with Excel for basic tasks and willingness to develop deeper analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management.
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate and streamline processes.
• Specialist knowledge in at least one inclusion area (e.g., race, gender, wellbeing, LGBTQ+).
