Legal Counsel – Generalist (EMEA)

About the role

Dash0 is building an AI‑centric observability platform and is looking for its second legal hire. You will work alongside the General Counsel and VP of Operations as a true generalist, tackling a wide range of legal matters across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate enterprise customer and commercial agreements, partnering closely with Sales.
• Advise on compliance in corporate, employment, data privacy, AI and other regulatory areas.
• Support corporate governance, including entity management and board/stockholder matters.
• Assist the People & Culture team with policy rollouts and employee queries.
• Support M&A and financing processes, including diligence workstreams.
• Assist with cap table and equity plan management and documentation.
• Manage projects with outside counsel.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, HR and Finance to ensure legal alignment on projects.
• Prepare internal legal training materials, documentation and guidelines for team members.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience with early responsibility.
• Law degree and an active license to practice in an EMEA jurisdiction.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, especially B2B SaaS agreements.
• Experience with EU and international data privacy regulations.
• Background working with international, preferably US‑based tech or SaaS companies.
• Excellent communication and social intelligence to build trust across a globally dispersed team.
