Logistics Operations Manager – Transport & Warehousing

About the role

AB InBev is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to drive performance of transport and warehouse operations across domestic and international flows. You will work closely with third‑party logistics partners and internal teams to ensure efficient daily operations, strong service levels, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reviews with 3PL partners covering safety, quality, KPIs and financial performance.
• Monitor transport and warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities and resolve operational issues.
• Act as the main operational point of contact for Prague team, breweries, domestic teams and distribution centres.
• Manage escalations related to shuttle operations, deliveries and container flows.
• Oversee warehouse capacity, stock projections and reverse logistics of empty containers.
• Validate invoices, manage a USD 10‑15 million logistics budget and drive cost‑control initiatives.
• Identify and lead improvement projects such as warehouse layout optimisation, repacking setups and CO₂ reduction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience with around 3 years in logistics or international supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use KPIs and data to drive improvements.
• Experience working with external logistics partners and internal stakeholders across locations.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with confidence to manage multiple priorities and escalations.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
