Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating purchase order planning, production and work orders while actively supporting daily warehouse operations. This on‑site role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory handling, and smooth execution of inbound and outbound activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans for inbound and outbound activities.
• Manage, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely inbound deliveries.
• Maintain and update production and work order plans, proactively identifying and escalating potential delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, procurement, and sales support to ensure effective execution of plans.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate execution aligned with planning.
• Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite).
• Support reporting and analysis related to inventory, inbound performance, and planning adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in planning, supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Detail‑oriented, structured working style with strong analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and independently on routine planning tasks.

Required skills

• NetSuite (ERP/WMS system).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Tableau or Power BI for data analysis.
