Marketing & Communication Internship

About the role

Join Philips as a Marketing & Communication intern and gain hands‑on experience across multiple marketing disciplines while contributing to projects that improve people’s lives. The internship lasts 6 months (extendable to 9 or 12 months) with a flexible 32‑40 hour week and can be based in Amsterdam, Best, Eindhoven or Drachten.

Key responsibilities

• Support product marketing teams by translating market insights into product concepts and assisting with global product launches.
• Analyse ratings and reviews using tools such as Wonderflow to produce actionable insights for regional and global teams.
• Create and manage content for the Messaging & Content team, optimizing internal communication platforms and marketing assets.
• Assist marketing technology initiatives to improve campaign efficiency, data‑driven storytelling and digital excellence.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, International Business or a related field.
• Strong commercial mindset, customer‑first attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; Dutch may be required for some positions.
• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and good organisational abilities.

What we offer

• Monthly allowance of €500‑€700 gross (pro‑rated for part‑time).
• Housing compensation of up to €300 net per month for Amsterdam‑area relocations.
