Marketing & Communications Intern

About the role

Join the Investor Relations & Business Development (IRBD) team at Triple Jump as a Marketing & Communications Intern. You will support brand visibility and external communications, contributing to content creation, digital marketing, and event support in an impact‑investing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support creation and publication of content for the website, social media, newsletters and other communication materials.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, brochures, reports and conference collateral.
• Help maintain digital channels, ensuring content is accurate and engaging.
• Support planning and execution of events, webinars and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to social media planning, monitoring and performance tracking.
• Assist with market research, competitor benchmarking and visibility tracking.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (business, finance, economics, communications, international development) for a 6‑12 month internship.
• Strong attention to detail, structured and methodical working style.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Interest in impact investing, financial inclusion and sustainable development.
• Adaptable and willing to support operations, communications and market development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Comfortable creating photos and videos for social media.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress (a plus).
