Marketing Internship – Digital Campaigns

About the role

As a Marketing Intern you will support the digital presence and brand engagement of Santander Benelux, focusing on the Belgian market. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality marketing output.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns for the Belgian market, tracking results and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Update and maintain Santander Benelux websites, ensuring content accuracy, brand compliance and technical functionality.
• Assist with invoice processing and marketing budget follow‑up, maintaining accurate expense records.
• Support creation, review and adaptation of marketing content across digital channels.
• Monitor digital performance, prepare regular reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Help plan, create and publish social media content, managing the content calendar and monitoring engagement.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Determined, agile and result‑oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of project teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for digital trends.
