Marketing Manager, Northern Europe

About the role

Axon is seeking a Marketing Manager for Northern Europe to lead regional marketing strategy and execution across the Benelux and Nordics. The role combines market expertise, campaign management, and public affairs to drive awareness and adoption of Axon’s public‑safety solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Benelux and Nordics, adapting to local market needs.
• Lead public‑relations and public‑affairs campaigns, manage media outreach and crisis communications.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, events, webinars and digital content.
• Own market metrics such as event ROI, ad spend ROI, lead progression and pipeline influence.
• Provide sales enablement assets, playbooks and strategic insights to support cross‑sell and upsell.
• Collaborate with agency partners, internal product teams and corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in public safety, SaaS or technology.
• Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
• Experience working with customers in Northern Europe (Benelux, Nordics).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
