Event Design Coordinator (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Tether is looking for an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event‑related creative requests across the business. This remote, Europe‑wide position works closely with designers and vendors to ensure flawless deliverables for booths, signage, digital assets, swag, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event‑related creative requests, clearly scoping deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines and venue constraints.
• Brief designers with complete specifications, manage multiple concurrent event workstreams, and track status to surface bottlenecks early.
• Conduct thorough QA of print and digital assets, checking brand consistency, resolution, colour mode, bleed/trims, file formats and platform specs.
• Document all assets, briefs and final deliverables in a shared drive, maintaining a structured library for future reuse.
• Anticipate risks such as vendor lead times, production windows and shipping delays, building buffers and contingency plans into timelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, production or creative operations with a strong focus on print and digital deliverables.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and detail‑orientation skills, acting as the final gatekeeper before assets are shipped.
• Proactive, risk‑first mindset with strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools such as Asana or Monday.
• Design‑review tools, specifically Figma.
• Knowledge of print production terminology (dielines, safe area, CMYK vs. RGB).
