Media Strategy Intern

About the role

Looking to kick off your career where strategy meets culture? During this internship you’ll join our talent program designed to shape you into a next‑level media strategist. You’ll work on real projects for A‑list clients and receive dedicated mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategists, media planners, and channel consultants to develop media strategies for clients.
• Analyse media behaviour, performance and client briefs to devise tactical approaches.
• Conduct competitive and category analysis, deep‑diving into trends to inform planning and execution.
• Help shape tests on media formats and translate strategy into clear execution plans.
• Track and report on channel performance, pulling data from platforms and building performance overviews.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and presentations using Google Slides and Figma.
• Support the Media Strategy team in bringing research and strategy to life for clients.

Required profile

• Natural problem‑solver who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
• Data‑driven analyst comfortable deep‑diving into available data.
• Business detective who turns audience, market or performance research into compelling stories.
• Energetic facilitator who drives workshops and co‑creation sessions.
• Strong presentation skills, able to create compelling slide decks.
• Currently studying Marketing, Media, Strategy or a related field (WO or HBO) at a Dutch university.
• Available 4–5 days per week from August/September 2026 for a 6‑month period.
• Fluent in Dutch and confident in English, both written and spoken.
