Onboarding Associate

About the role

We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Onboarding Associate to join OrderYOYO as we expand across Europe. You will help restaurant partners launch their digital presence and ensure their success on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard restaurant partners from sign‑up to live, creating digital profiles, digitising menus and updating apps.
• Conduct outbound calls to guide partners through the onboarding process and maintain ongoing customer success.
• Analyse partner account data to identify optimisation opportunities, upsell offers and menu improvements.
• Reach out to partners after the first 60 days to drive commercial growth and maintain service quality.
• Track restaurant performance during the initial 60 days and support them to meet set time‑frames.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented with a “never say no” attitude.
• Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum B2 proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Excellent communication, empathy and problem‑solving skills.
