Part-Time Sales Associate – Hoofstraat Store

About the role

ALO is looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join its Hoofstraat store in Amsterdam. The role focuses on delivering the ALO brand experience, guiding customers through product knowledge and fostering community connections.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers with friendly service, product education and support throughout the shopping experience.
• Build and maintain daily client relationships and follow-up on customer needs.
• Analyze sales reports with leadership to develop action plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, process shipments and ensure product flow.
• Support other store areas such as cashiering and café operations as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client-centric, sales-focused environment is preferred.
• Strong passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, move and stand for extended periods (up to 50 lb).
• Legal right to live and work in the Netherlands from the start of employment.
