About the role

Join ALO, a mindful movement studio that brings yoga-inspired community values to everyday life. As a part‑time Sales Associate you will create authentic, organic experiences for guests, sharing product knowledge and the brand’s culture. You will help drive store sales while fostering genuine connections with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers, provide a friendly shopping environment, and build daily client relationships.
• Analyze sales reports with leadership to strategize actions and highlight growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective floor coverage, develop workforce solutions, and lead selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on ALO’s retail, yoga, and café offerings, leveraging personal testimony.
• Process shipments, maintain visual merchandising, and replenish stock daily.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction and uphold company policies.
• Support other areas such as cashier duties as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a client‑centric sales environment (preferred).
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work well both individually and in a team.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks such as bending and climbing.
• Alignment with ALO’s guiding principles and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Proof of right to live and work in the Netherlands from the start of employment.
