Partner Project Manager

About the role

As a Partner Project Manager you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale live events, from the moment a commercial contract is signed until the final closing. You will act as the central liaison between event organisers, internal teams and external partners, ensuring every milestone is met on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of big events, coordinating sales, legal, product, engineering and support functions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for event organisers and internal stakeholders, driving alignment and timely execution.
• Communicate product and process requirements to HQ, work with product/engineering to prioritise and deliver features.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Q&A repository for the user support team.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up‑to‑date; attend on‑site launches when required.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with a background in project management or consulting (2+ years experience).
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, relationship‑management and organisational abilities.
• Solution‑focused mindset with the capacity to handle multiple parallel work streams.
• Curious, collaborative and willing to get hands‑dirty on event tasks.
