Partnership Manager

About the role

AIHR is seeking a Partnership Manager to build, own, and grow its global affiliate partnership network. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of partners – from cold outreach and acquisition to ongoing expansion and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and sign new affiliates across relevant regions and verticals.
• Onboard new partners quickly and act as their main point of contact for the entire partnership duration.
• Drive year‑over‑year revenue growth for existing affiliates through regular QBRs, coaching and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide partners with the content, creative and assets they need.
• Report on pipeline, revenue and partner health to the Team Lead and wider sales team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in partnership acquisition and expansion.
• Proven ability to meet quota in a full‑cycle, revenue‑carrying role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
