Print Production Assistant – Stickers & Heat Pressing

About the role

Join a fast‑growing scale‑up that prints stickers, custom boxes and heat‑transfers for global brands such as Uber, Netflix and Tesla. English is the working language, so Dutch is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment including sticker printers, box printers and heat‑transfer presses.
• Print and cut high‑quality stickers (kiss‑cut and contour‑cut) and assist with custom box printing.
• Apply heat‑transfer logos to apparel and merchandise.
• Organise materials, follow structured workflows and keep the production area clean and stocked.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet visual standards.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability and reliable attendance.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and ability to work in an international team.

Required skills

• Experience operating sticker printers.
• Experience with box printing equipment.
• Experience with heat‑transfer press machines.
